Ingredients:

Siete Leguas Añejo
(barspoon) Pineapple Syrup*
Aromatic Bitters

Instructions:

Build into an Old Fashioned glass, add ice and stir well.
Garnish with a grapefruit peel.

*Pineapple Syrup

Put 1 cup of fresh pineapple juice in a pot and heat it until almost boiling (not boiling completely). Next, add 2 cups of white sugar and stir constantly until it forms a liquid. Now at room temperature, place it in a bottle and store it in the refrigerator.

ROMPOPE AÑEJO

Ingredients:
In a blender, combine:

large eggs
sugar
of Siete Leguas Añejo
whole milk, 4 Oz heavy whipping cream
grated nutmeg.

Instructions:

Beat the eggs in the blender for one minute on medium speed.
Slowly add the sugar and mix for another minute.
With the blender still running, add the tequila, nutmeg, milk and cream until blended.
Refrigerate for at least 12 hours and serve in chilled wine glasses or champagne flutes, grating nutmeg on top.
